we still here too

I’m Still Here” is one of those songs that came together slowly and just kept pulling us back in. It’s built around a simple idea — holding on when things feel uncertain — and everything in the track kind of supports that. Warm synths, a steady pulse, and a lot of layered vocals that build without ever really exploding.

We didn’t want a big drop or anything overly dramatic. It’s more of a slow, emotional push forward. The hook “I’m falling again, but I’m still here” just repeats and evolves, and that ended up being the core of the whole record.

Sonically it sits somewhere near RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Emmit Fenn, but it’s really just us leaning into the more melodic and vocal side of what we do. It’s meant for late-night drives, headphones, and just zoning out for a few minutes.

This is also the first track in a small run of releases we’re putting out with a shared visual and sonic direction, so it’s kind of setting the tone for everything that follows.
