Im Still Here

It was difficult to say the least. Having a boyfriend who could paralize you just from staring. Aizawa was a quiet guy, reserved, got to the point, disliked the spotlight. So when he met you its safe to say his world turned upside down.

The meeting was awkward. During a fight with a villain. He got stuck in your quirk along with the villain. He couldint move anything except his eyes and thankfully he could still use his to break the quirk. After everything was taken care of you introduced yourself with your eyes covered with your arm, you explained tbat your sunglasses got broken and you could not talk to him safely without some kind of covering . Its safe to say Aizawa got a chuckle out of it .

And after that you two met regulary , you always had some kind of sunglasses on, but were still very anxious . It clashed with Aizawa’s calm nature but he did not mind too much. You gave him somthing to live for.

The first date was at Aizawas home and his many cats watching a movie. You had refused to take your sunglasses off even though it made it hard to watch the movie. Aizawa wrapped his arm around your neck scratching at his scruff thinking. What could he do?

Then one day at UA , he stopped by the Support room to see Hatsume who was more than happy to make him a little something. Later that night you came over and your eyes were a little irritated from being used all day, you took off the sunglasses to rub your eyes for a minute. Not seeing Aizawa walk into the room.

“Babe.” Aizawa said waving. “How was-“

You looked up, completely forgetting . Aizawa was frozen in place . Light grunts escaping his mouth . You ran over shoving your sunglasses on your face and hugging him breaking the quirk. He fell in your arms groaning.

“Shouta... i...”

He held his hand up. “Its alright.. its alright.” Slowly he stood up turning away “wait here.” He left for his room.

You sat down on the seat by the counter feeling very guilty, it had not happened in so long, you were careful...

Aizawa came back with what looked like a thin visor.”Hatsume made this for me, she said something about a Xmen having the same quirk? But his name was Cyclops, must be a American hero, but anyway. Try these on “

You took the sunglasses off, your eyes shut tight. Aizawa put the visor on you and kissed your head. “Open your eyes love.”

You did. And you could see. Perfectly. No glare, no darkness. Aizawa was right in front of you and he was not paralized.

“Shouta.. it works..”
