Yeah, I do. Mainly 'cus doing interspecies animal couples is the kind of can of worms I could see Paru Itagaki doing, but not Disney. Not anything that doesn't belong to the general tone of Silly Symphonies, anyway.

That being said, Disney treats a throwaway line about a woman having a girlfriend as an achievement already. We are SO FAR from companies of that caliber ever even registering QPRs as a thing 😂

Like, I dunno, maybe it's a happy accident on my part or something, but I'm very happy about them being friends. Friendship is awesome and undervalued. Friendship between a woman and a man in fiction is stupidly rare. So when it happens and it's center-stage, I love it. So yeah, really can't stay that's one that's disappointed me in any way at all.
