#TBT En 2012, 15 días antes de #imlanzarote corrí el #imstgeorge en Utah. Este si que era duro en serio, haciendo que Lanzarote parezca un paseo. Tanto es así que ahora es solo un 70.3. Natación casi suspendida con pronóstico de viento fuerte que levantó 15 minutos después de largar. Bici, 2 vueltas de 90 con 70km de trapada cada una más viento en contra. Primera vez que quise abandonar un IM. 42k también con mucha trepada. Fue una pesadilla #ironman #throwbackthursday #swim #bike #running
