"each year members within the stabbed army will go in front of the town of Gillumine and do there best to convince the town folks that they are the best fit for the Imago position the up coming year. Many years the Imago from the last year will also run for this position and its not uncommon for them to win many years in a row if they do a good job during there time as a Imago. The Imago is given time to speak in front of the town telling them why they would be best fit for the position and any accomplishments they have done. When they are done speaking any member of the army may challenge them to a fight to have them prove there skills in front of the town.
