Yes and no. 

I don't see it as a very romantic sort of relationship, but I definitely ship them. (Granted, I don't think I can ever see any robots shipped romantically).

They trust each other completely to have each others backs, tell secrets to and etc. They are partners, and they would gladly give their lives for the other.

If you ever watch the show criminal minds, I see them a little bit like Morgan and Garcia? But just a little, in the sense that its a little romantic,
