Want a better relationship? Then, be a better YOU.
That’s right. It’s easy to blame someone else for not making you feel fulfilled or happy.
But, when you blame others, you give them external control over you and appoint yourself as the victim.
Take control and know the answer is within you.
You, not someone, is responsible for your feelings, reactions, self-esteem, and happiness.
Remember, you’re the one who chose, hooked up, dated, married, and stayed with the person you’re complaining about.
So, if want a better relationship? Be a better YOU.
Improving ourselves improves our self-esteem and decision making abilities. When we feel better about ourselves, we make better decisions.
When we have good self-esteem, we don’t and won’t tolerate riff-raff and chaos. We make better choices.
Remember, everything starts with and ends with yourself. You control you, not someone else.
