This Baroque wonder was built in 1548 to celebrate the power and magnificence of Charles V emperor. It was built on the consular road from Lecce to Naples, that's why it was named as Porta Napoli. 👑 🤴 It's worth to visit Lecce for its history and fascinating Baroque architecture, but...
