the turtle seems to swim in fluid loops, nearly always over the anterior and posterior of the heart. loops around the sides seem to have some particular significance and ritual to them, with several loops before spending some time physically touching the top. however, we have only observed this once, and as such have yet to discern the depth of meaning conveyed with this action.

Terra: We find too many evolution stones to use on Isle Aphun to be using them just to evolve, even though we give them away to friends whenever they need, and Remy said xe wanted any extras! I initially wasn't sure about Remy eating the evolution stones, but, I checked with Nurse Joy at a visit into the Poke Centre, and she said it was probably fine since xe’d been eating them since before xe joined our family! 

Nurse Joy said that different Sableye have different cravings, and that they can survive off of basically any crystalline structure. She also said that Remy's oil slick look might get more intense, the more of xyr diet is composed of evolution stones - apparently it’s the energy from the stones that usually goes in to evolution becoming part of xyr form! The oil slick look could be a problem if Remy was out and about in caves with pokemon xe didn't know or trust, but xyr is safe on the Flowland Poke Pelago - so xe eats these stones whenever possible!

That pile of favorites seems to be mostly composed of Thunder stones, Ice stones, Shiny stones, Dusk stones, and a couple of Dawn Stones - those last ones tend to go quick, because we don't find as many, but Remy likes having the "star eye", as xe calls it, and it takes a certain amount of them to maintain that crystalline structure in xyr body!

I’m not sure where that music is coming from... I think Remy uses some of xyr ghost powers to keep it going. In any case, that’s one of Remy’s favorite musical groups - I hear them playing from xyr part of the caves all the time!

we’re planning on fully colouring in our version at some point, but were getting stuck enough with it that we wanted to post this for now.

Pitri is quite short, coming up to about Avital’s chest, and has relatively short bright green hair, brown eyes, and light tan skin. ey is wearing a pastel bi flag snood (a kind of Jewish headcovering), black thick rim glasses, a metallic blue top, and pinkish purple bottoms. ey is replying to Avital, saying, “how about some buttons - over here?” and then, “oh nice, you made them rainbow!!”

Nakhshon is off to the side, having just come on to camera from the right. They are tall with light tan skin, and have brown eyes and short bright turquoise hair, as well as sideburns and a soul patch. They’re wearing a kippah with blue flames on it, a grey muscle shirt, and black bottoms, and carrying a cardboard box labeled “FAVE TROPES +misc plot fluffs”.]

We’re figuring out some ins and outs of how we want to run The Flowland Times, but we’re getting closer to having works being published regularly!
