Mmmmm went to a larger social gathering that I was anxious for, but thought I could handle. About halfway through the shindig, my brain decided to make me feel as though I was going to surely die there. I start having an anxiety attack for the next hour and a half, full with completely withdrawing socially, my pulse going consistently at an alarmingly fast rate which then gave me a headache making me feel like I was gonna vomit, paired with shaking like I was tweaking out on some drugs or something. I didn’t want to say anything to André because he was having such a good time, but we ended up having to leave before fireworks were even started because I was almost in hysterics at that point and crying in the bathroom. Then, I proceeded to sob and hyperventilate in the car outside for 30 minutes before we were finally able to drive off :-)

I found a bunch of song covers on my computer I made when I was wasted... priceless.
