No. Their signatures aren't even actually fully legal until 18 unless its government papers they're signing.

They're not babies but they are not adults. Your brain is not fully developed until 25 therefore you are inclined to make reckless and harming decisions. And it very easy to persuade and charm a 16 year old who is already ignored and looked down upon especially as a girl in society.

An older man comes along, calls them pretty. Says they're mature for their age and that they understand them unlike women that are in their 20's, around that man's age.

That man is 6 years older then the victim. I like to think about when they were younger. He was driving a car before she was even in high-school. 11 and 17. He may have graduated college by the time she was 18 and 24.

Idk about you but a man who well past high school, talking to a high schooler and then just so happens to start dating them when they reach the legal age.

And the men that do it, manipulate the younger girls to almost comfort them by going "Oh my gosh I had no clue you were that young!" So that the victim will say something among the lines of "Oh its okay, I'm an adult now so its safe/legal!"

This person may have been 20 in these pictures but he was 26. How the hell does a 26 year old have the same life experience or be at the same life stage as a 20 year old?
