I needed this reminder. I've been feeling like I'm back at square one with a lot of things in my life...especially when I think of what I have been able to do in the not-so-distant past. Six years ago, I had lost 75 pounds, and I looked (and felt!) better than I'd ever looked or felt. . I have strayed from so many practices that are nourishing for me. Yoga. Dance. Fish. Vegetables. Restful sleep. Making things. The list goes on. . I've been able to dip into one or two of those practices now and then since my mom and sister died, but I haven't been able to sustain any of it. Some days, I still question why the hell I'm here. . Everything has felt heavy and sad. . Loss changes everything. It has changed me...in ways I like, but also in ways I really hate. I have less energy than I used to, for one. . I don't have answers today. If you see this, I hope you know--- you're not alone. We're all in this together...figuring it out, one step at a time. . I love you. Keep going. . #grief #loss #griefsupport #weareone #loveistheanswer #iloveyoukeepgoing #keepgoing #inspirationalquotes #quotestags #quotes #quotestagram
