"Don't wish for it- work for it." I used to do Jillian Michaels workout tapes in my bedroom first thing in the morning every day🤣, I used to count calories and restrict myself🙄, I've had an extremely unhealthy relationship with accepting and loving my body....I told myself I needed to hang around 140/145 but I was always 155/160lbs... and now I don't do cardio, I lift a couple days a week, I eat whatever I feel like, and I weight 133-136 daily. 🤷♀️ It's true you have to make it your lifestyle. It's not true that you need to lift daily, or really more than 2-3 days, if you're being really smart about your training. Olympic lifts train my entire body. Head to toe, I experience a full body workout and my heart rate is up the whole time, it's my favorite way to lift now- and that's the best part.... I do it because I LOVE it. 😌 and trust me, I did not love the Jillian Michaels every morning🙄😆(@claudhop7 remember those days) but i found my way and I wish all people to..... find the exercise that speaks to you, that you enjoy, that you want to improve at, and focus on your joy. Your energy levels. Not the scale or calorie counting.... but how does the food you put in your body make you feel ? Learn your Self. Your intuition. Train your Self to listen to the Self and respond when it calls...❤️ authentically explore and create all the wonderful things your body has in store for you. #livingalifeofyum #livingalifeofreflexes #girlsthatlift #liftingladies #barbellbabes #brewhousebabes #brewhousebarbell #ilovemygym #livelovelift #ilovelift #weightliftinggirls #girlsthatweightlift #weightlifting #olympiclifts #aesthetics
