When I was younger I wanted to be considered cool, like so many of us do. Be liked by everyone, make awesome costumes and be “cosfamous”, have an interesting and witty life. As I grow older and overcome obstacles and seek out confidence I’ve never had, I’ve found I truly only want one thing: kindness. Kindness and love, above all else. To guide my spirit, to nurture my soul, to help me in bad times and to give to others. From humans to small “pests”, kindness. I rescued three wolf spiders from inside my work building this week. Even though many of my co-workers screamed and gave me weird looks, all I could feel was kindness. Who knows what they may think of me.
