Today, the prices were cited in South Korea at $755/MT, in SE Asia at $675/MT, in Rotterdam at $505/MT (FOB), US Gulf Cent 61.5/Pound respectively.

On December 6, 2022 PVC prices in the international market remain unaffected, with prices remaining unchanged. PVC prices were assessed in FE Asia at $735/MT (CFR), in South Korea at $750/MT (CIF), in South East Asia at $780/MT (CFR), in India at $810/MT (CFR), in North-West Europe at Euro 1175/MT (FD) and in US Gulf at $660/MT (FAS) respectively.

A sharp fall in acetone prices in the imported market of Kandla was recorded today. Weak regional demand coupled with excess supply led to the price fall. Petrochem sources confirmed that acetone prices would, however, maintain a balanced trend within the next few days. On December 6, 2022, acetone prices in Kandla went down from Rs.55/Kg to Rs.53/Kg, a slip of Rs.2/Kg.

Petrochem sources reported a significant fall in acrylonitrile prices in the Ahmedabad chemical market. It is confirmed that acrylonitrile prices fell due to delicate regional demand. According to Petrochem sources, with effect from December 6, 2022, acrylonitrile prices in Ahmedabad decreased by Rs.5/Kg. The new introductory basic price is Rs.155/Kg.

An elevated trend is noticed in di calcium phosphate prices.Reports of improved demand trends supported the price rise in the Ahmedabad market. Prices gained, mainly on account of limited product availability. On  November 17,  2022, dicalcium phosphate feed grade 17% powder domestic repack prices in Ahmedabad  were assessed at Rs.39/Kg, a rise of Re.1/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.38/Kg.

Aluminium fluoride have witnessed a significant fall in the Mumbai market. Prices declined, mainly on account of dull regional buying sentiments. Prices are however expected to maintain a balanced trend going ahead. On November 17, 2022 aluminium fluoride prices in Delhi were at Rs.197/Kg, a decline of Rs.2/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.195/Kg.

On November 17, 2022, Petrochem sources reported a fall in refrigerant R22 prices in the Mumbai market. Excess availability of he material have led to the price fall. Current refrigerant R32 imported intact prices in Mumbai went down from Rs.585/Kg to Rs.580/Kg, a fall of Rs.5/Kg.

A cut in methallyl alcohol prices in the Mumbai market was recorded today. Petrochem sources reported methallyl alcohol prices have fallen due to poor demand in the imported market. On November 16, 2022 prices in Mumbai were at Rs.32/Kg, a cut of Rs.3/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.35/Kg.
