V2.5/3, Borrowed Time and Prime (Prolouge)
(Dialogue Heavy)
A new version, that will solve the problems.
Illusionist: "Halt you fucking go Keith, the hell you think you are doing, copying my original work? No, no." The paint god seems to slide with very little friction, coming into scene on the non-existent ground that only exists with the thought of it.
Keeper of Duality: "What are you standing on?" He looks down at Illusionist, knowing the rules of this realm very well.
Illusionist: "What?" He falls for the trick easily, looking down and then getting disappointed in himself, falling immediately before rushing back up.
Keeper of Duality: "Don't you think some change would be useful?" He asks, staring at the magical being, curious how he grappled up to some stones not there, and how he made his imagined platform have color.
Illusionist: "Stop trying to kill all characters you deem uninteresting! Won't work!"
Keeper of Duality: "No, I mean new lands, new planets, would that not be cool? Plus, I have a number of intentions of what to do to fix your land."
Illusionist: "Okay what is wrong with what is here?"
Keeper of Duality: "Where should I start?" He slams his hand into a wall to the side grabbing an armored troop, "With YOU." He tosses the troop downwards, looking at it. "Illusionist, how can you be so unsure about influences based on the world of 'users' that you speak of? Do you want the influences or not? And what about your creativity rule, do you want something inspired off of that world or not? Purge it, no more users who do not comply with creativity and inspirational only."
Illusionist: "Dwath is based off-"
Keeper of Duality: "He is very different, he gained inspiration from Undertale, but you know he does not act fully like Papyrus, not nearly enough to be a human version or AU Human version. And the color magic has shaped into something of its own."
Illusionist: "Huh, you are referring to it by name? Than what do you have against that user's references of names?"
Keeper of Duality: "HUMANS ACTED ONLY AS FALSE MAIN CHARACTERS SO YOU COULD GIVE HIM A STORY, NO PROGRESSION. YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS."
Illusionist: "And? You have only made every story conflicted, hell if a solid 'this is bad' and 'this is good' happens anymore."
Keeper of Duality: "Because of your lack of cooperation and our reliance on borrowed time. Give me solid time and construction and I promise you I will give the story we need, I just need to cut back on power scaling and make the FULL world have intractability."
Illusionist: "Does this include giving other people access to my characters?"
Keeper of Duality: "I can do it without that, but I will need to harm Segmentia and Nelchgotoy."
Illusionist: "How much are we talking when you say harm?"
Keeper of Duality: "Magic will become relevant when skill and patience is involved."
Illusionist: "Magic is relevant though."
Keeper of Duality: "Powers, fine, whatever the hell you want to call the colors and elements."
Illusionist: "To have mages defeat a Segmental? That would be a hell of a power trip."
Keeper of Duality: "No, more mages or very very powerful mages. I have a simple goal, more training in magic can make a mage more powerful, while the other groups start powerful but need more skill with each contraption."
Illusionist: "So both rely on upgrades? That is fine, you can make new places too, but do NOT over do it, else I have to use the Light button."
Keeper of Duality: "Also I am doinking all 5 of you idiots down to the mortal plane."
Illusionist: "5?"
Keeper of Duality: "You, Dark, Rayn, Satimelk, and Orbz?"
Illusionist: "Its my reality, I can visit, and how Orbz?"
Keeper of Duality: "I have my ways, but you can still visit and talk to gods, Orbz too."
Illusionist: "Then here we go." He shakes Keeper of Duality's hand.
Keeper of Duality: "Really? What about the borrowed time?"
Illusionist: "Good luck keeping both of us alive asshole, you'll probably need to find another user."
Keeper of Duality: "That seems impossible."
Illusionist: "And you'll seem like a creep trying to find people, good luck~" He disappears much like the floor, not there the moment the thought is released, his tone of 'bye' making Keith think he is gone, and leaving only the colored floor he stood on.
Keeper of Duality: "How the hell do I-"
