Sorry for not responding earlier! Connection there was shabby so I gave up on the net at the half-point.

Good for you! Most people would not do things like that, but its really cool of you to do your civic duty
If only civic duty could be more instantaneous. ._. Got there at 7:40, didn't get out till 10:10. Oh well.. least this mess is over finally. Or at least, I hope so. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if a state messed up like in 2000 and we had to wait another six weeks for results.

Where’s your polling place? I’m sorry you’re outside in the cold. Just can’t wait for this all to be over.
S'alright, at least it wasn't terribly cold I s'pose. I just whine a lot since I was raised in Florida for so long LOL. Cold n' me don't get along well. But anyways, pollin' place was at the local high school here in Charleston. Line was massive; had so go down several corridors just to reach the end of it. Oi, I didn't even know there was that many people who lived in this area, much less that many who cared about politics. Guess this is an important election though so folks are floodin' in.

..You’re voting? o_O Why?
FOR THE BENEFIT OF MY FELLOW COUNTRY MEN.. and also because my folks insisted as it was my first eligible-to-vote election, I should go out n' try. Oh well I s'pose.

Though honestly, the only vote I really cast of importance was for presidential n' Gary Johnson. Didn't know much about the other candidates so I opted not to vote, except for a few joke cases. For example, guy named Campsen is up for reelection in my state's Senate seat, and seems like no one's running against him. I absolutely hate his policies n' son (who unfortunately shares classes with me), so I wrote in 'Mickey Mouse' because a piece of rancid dung is more appealing.
And now.. we wait. Hopefully.
