put a cold compress on it and keep it elevated as much as possible. that might help.
I've been icing and keeping it up as much as I can. It's helped, but I'm afraid being on my feet at the barn today sorta undid some of that. "/ It's hard to give these sorts of injuries the care they need when work requires a lot of standing/walking.
