An in depth explanation as to why I discontinued the Korehb Tumblr blog ---

I was once an artist - a fetish artist, to be precise. Many of you knew me as Kore(hb), and I drew mostly cardiophilia related art. My blog was close to 1k before I ultimately decided to delete it (though my twitter/X is still very active, just no drawings - ikorehb).

I had always used art as an escape from whatever. Two or so years ago, I created korehb and the characters within for just that reason. I was in an abusive relationship, and art was the only escape I had. I was able to sell a few drawings, which allowed me to continue building korehb's world, but eventually I did leave that relationship.

I thought it was art block, but I later realized that I no longer needed the escape. I was also a new single mother and didn't really have much time to draw anyway. I decided to shut korehb tumblr down for good.

Later on, as I'm experiencing new things and dealing with new stresses, I occasionally find the need to draw or doodle. Unfortunately, my condition (not sure if it's the EDS or if there's something else going on) has started really effecting my hands and I'm not really able to draw much anymore (or at least, at the level I used to). Even writing or typing is starting to get fairly difficult and painful.
