Kishimoto: Did you enjoy seeing that traumatic scene? Well here it is again 53 more times as a flashback.

I saw this!! The right pic is from when Kishimoto and Ikemoto visited France last summer, is it me or Naruto looks younger?! I prefer this hair too and his face shape is slightly rounder and tinier, he has more hair, and slightly bigger eyes, the ears are rounder and tinier, such small changes and already so much better!!❤️

I love Ikemoto’s Boruto too (since when is Boruto taller, the little boy grew well?!), for me there is too much detail, too much to unpack, making Kishimoto’s one look cleaner but it is really cool too!!

Ikemoto Frl cooked with this one. Im very excited to see her full design when the chapter comes out in august. People were saying her design was similar to bayonetta’s too. Ikemoto received backlash for her previous design and acknowledged it. Which I personally feel like was needed. The reason Kishimoto gave her short hair was because he felt like long hair wasn’t shinobi like. Im pretty sure Kishimoto designed her anime outfit she wore as a genin too. Which is really contradicting to what Ikemoto designed. Despite her still having short hair, the rest of her outfit was um…something. She wore a very short dress which personally was kinda inappropriate for her age and doesn’t seem to give the proper mobility for a shinobi. Then heels too??? How would she probably fight enemies wearing heels. This design hasn’t even been fully shown and already has much potential. The potential I see is not only it being better fitting for age and her being a shinobi though. I feel like it represents her character and ties better than any outfit she has worn. The jacket is very akastuki like with the uchiha earrings and her choker which I think represents haruno. Overall her design kinda reminds me of Itachi. Something that stuck out to me the most is despite being a genin (or chunin I’m not sure if that one episode was filler or not) she does not seem to be wearing her headband and since she is one of the only ones who know the truth about boruto this could hint at her status during the timeskip. Then again going back to the concept of the way Ikemoto portrayed Sarada’s design I hope I’m not getting my hopes up cause we haven’t seen the whole thing yet. Hopefully it’s some type of shirt and not some short dress like last time. People have already seemed to be skeptical about the way the top is drawn.
