I thought Gaiden and the anime proved enough that Naruto wouldn’t stay way for 2 years (because yeah, for the 20th time, Sasuke’s mission is only 2 years old. He was literally just walking around throughout Sarada’s life) 

I mean Naruto thought Sarada knew everything about her dad, probably because even if he did have a mission he’d only be away for 2 years so Sarada would’ve known him for the other 10

Then he remembers “oh right he was *traveling* before he was sent on an official mission”

Like yeah, its THAT foreign to Naruto that a father would be away from his child this long.

And just to the SNS fan girls who hype up Sasuke and Naruto’s relationship so much:

Naruto actually thought Sasuke would have a baby with another woman. Yeah, Naruto was SOOOOOO up to date with Sasuke that he didn’t even know Sarada existed until Sakura popped up in the village with her because he never saw her pregnant. If he did, why would he think Sarada is another woman’s child???? And why would he believe Sasuke was that kind of scumbag anyway???? Also I lol when I realize Naruto thinks Sakura would be that much of a doormat to raise another woman’s child just to appease Sasuke or just because she’s HIS kid.

Now back to the subject: In the anime, Naruto is a bit more vocal because he tells Sasuke to raise his fucking kid

Not twice

Not thrice

but FOUR times!

And Sasuke has an excuse 

EVERY

SINGLE

FUCKING

TIME

And people think Naruto would be THIS much of a scumbag????? Um no…

Because unlike Sasuke he actually learned his lesson. 

This boy worked for this family

He’s going to be there to protect it come hell or high water

And appreciate every damn moment he can.
