Despite the growing yearning for home; Lark was absolutely in awe of Skyhold. It was large and weathered it’s fair share of calamites. When she first arrived; she was perplexed by the warmth within the walls; and how it seemed to ne a perpetual spring. Though there was still a chill in the air. 

Very much like the morning. She had been guarding the Inquisitor, and walked beside her in a quiet manner. She enjoyed the serenity of walk, even if it was just to check the battlements and ramparts. 

Lark glanced at the other and then outward to the scenery of ice. 

“ Do ye ever find yersel’ curious oof this place, yer worship?” Lark asked. “ So much is Skyhold a mystery and we ken so little aboot her.” 

nervanna was a tad bit taken back by the response. she thought the other elf would have been happy to see her, but maybe she made an error of judgment. whatever the case, she furrowed her brows, a look of disappointment painted on her face. ❝ i came to HELP! but maybe i should have just left you out here all by yourself. ❞ she huffed. ❝ and maybe i did kill someone. i didn't but the thought crossed my mind many times as merchants kept trying to push their wares on me. i don't want your rusted sword. ❞ she muttered the last bit to herself.

there was a sigh as the look of disappointment left her face. ❝ well, i'm already here with far less blood on my blade than i wish. can't send me away now. ❞ the rogue took a quick glance around. ❝ so, what is it we're doing out here? ❞

❛ hedona ! ❜ the moment she heard her , little holly broke into a sprint . nimble agility carrying the girl across earthy grounds , excitement coursing through her veins . she hated when hedona left skyhold , often pouting each time she was told . the world may need her sometimes but it would have to ask the stubborn youngling each time , with the answer being no . ❛ you came back just like you said ! ❜ her small arms wrapped around older sister's legs , face beaming a smile upwards in greetings . she was back and she was safe .
