Hm, so I don't see Eliot as being the jealous type, not really. Protective, yes - within the bounds of what is reasonable to be protective about for them while still respecting their own skills/judgement, like in that gif going around of him slamming the guy up on the wall for Parker then letting go at her word.

What I could see though is him being insecure in his role in the poly at first. It makes sense to him for Parker and Hardison to be together, and he will always be there for both of them regardless, but being a part of the romantic relationship is harder to wrap his head around at first. And one thing he is absolutely certain in even at that point is his role on the team - so if he say, broke his arm or something just before a heist and had to call in a trusted replacement, he might feel kinda jealous of Quinn getting to be there for/with them while he is stuck at home.

He wouldn't be actually worried about Parker showing any interest in Quinn back, and I can definitely see him and Hardison back at the office, trading amused glances as they hear Quinn's flirty comments being completely ignored by Parker out in the field. He would definitely take some joy in her shutting Quinn down, but nothing stemming from a super angsty place so much as we've seen the boys snicker over stuff before.

Later when he thanks Quinn for filling in on the job and Quinn comments that he can see why Eliot's in love with her, I feel like I can perfectly picture his little smirk. He might offer for him to try his luck, or rather give him a very casual warning not to which if Quinn ignored would lead to a more laugh-as-he-gets-tased type scenario.
