Alrighty then. I've been effectively offline for the most part for at least a week now helping my sister with plushie stitching for a con. My poor hands...
Anyways, it's been a while so here's an Idea for thought.
Y/n (or player) and their ever present cult chain of heroes all falling through a portal to their Darling's world. This goes without saying but the Chain is not prepared for this nonsense. One moment they're peacefully walking through Hyrule field the next they're landing next to a black road with lines and something loud and huge and metal goes roaring past them and screams as it goes by. (18 wheeler honking as it goes by)
Some very sensitive ears are left ringing. The only one not absolutely horrified over the situation is of course their Darling who has to try her best to usher them away from the road and also try and convince them to store their weapons and most of their armor before they draw too much attention to themselves. They lucked out and it's not a really busy road or anything so by the time the next car goes by she's got them convinced to hide most of their gear. Keyword being most. Time is still being taken out of his armor and it's probably only courtesy of the fact that it's her removing it from him as best she can in the blind worry that someone might call the cops on them or something.
Buncha weirdoes standing in full armor by the side of the road and ready for battle would be a reasonable enough excuse. It doesn't help that they probably almost went after the truck.
Anyways, by the time she realizes they're actually not too far from where she lives they've already had no less than 2 cars stop and ask if any of them need help or a ride. Opting out of the ride given the size of the group our girl is left leading them to her home and trying to keep them from straying off in the meantime.
Once in the home however? They're everywhere. There's no stopping them. What's this black mirror on the wall? What's a TV? What do you use it for? Ooo what's this thingy? *Flips lights off and on* oh cool. The first time the AC kicks in and the sound of ventilation starts no less than 3 heroes jump. Wild discovering the refrigerator and the glories of microwaves in the same day. He's going to have a field day with the stove as well. Sky finding out memory foam mattresses exist. Hot water on demand. Four finding out you can store hundreds or even thousands of books onto a single device. Movies. Just movies. Bonus if she's got a little Roomba because these boys might just kill it if she doesn't stop them first. Especially if she's decided to follow the internet ways and taped a knife to the top and named it Stabby. And of course how can we forget our favorite little wiretaps? The boys find out that some of the things in the house can talk back but it doesn't mean they're alive.
Suddenly, instead of the boys protecting her she's protecting them. Or rather... Her house from them. And possibly the rest of the world. A bunch of over protective and extremely curious boys running around poking at everything and omg there's so many of them she can't keep track of them all-OMG WIND NO DON'T SHOVE YOUR DAGGER INTO THE OUTLET THAT'S LIGHTNING!?!! Why do you have lightning in your walls!?!?!
Now to add in the little extra anxiety that usually goes with the Player AU just imagine having to keep track of them and hide your LOZ merch so you don't end up giving every single one of them an existential crisis. So that they never know their whole world is literally a game to you. Bonus, imagine hiding it or trying to hide it knowing every single one of them is a nosy little shit who will go snooping and doubly so since they're yandere (whether Player suspects they're obsessed or not).
