Luckily, the baby slept and the women were still until I finished the sketch. The dog didn’t keep still though. His head is made up.
Forgetting stuff
I feel like I forgot to post an offense yesterday....did I? I’m still new to the Tumblr thing.
However, it got me thinking about the majority of people who use the site as a sort of expressing opinions about the majority of the subjects that interests them.
What I think separates this site from an expressive outlet like Instagram or Youtube, you become freer since you don’t have to post a picture to state your point. No video for others to dissect it to make sure that you’re actually honest.
Which brings me to my point
- I am offended by people who use Tumblr because I have no idea how you operate. I still don’t understand what am I even doing on this site, but I’ll keep posting and hoping someone relates to what I say too.
This is IARO signing off.

“Oriental” is offensive?
Recently I’ve come across a youtube channel called “Boys only club” and I really like listening to their podcast, despite the fact that the number of tangents they go through can be equal to the number of minutes of the podcast itself.
I saw an episode where the boys were talking about an article claiming that the term “Oriental” is offensive which brings me to the following :
- I am offended by people who get offended when calling Asians “Oriental” like I get that you feel guilty for being racist so you wanna stop racism when you can. However Oriental and Occidental generally mean East and West, it’s basic geography.
Anyways, this is IARO, signing off.
Award shows
The Grammys just happened...to be honest, I have no clue what to say about it. It’s not really interesting when you have a group of people who are not into music meant for the younger demographic giving a vote on what is counted as the best music of the year...I might be talking about movies since I saw an article and obviously it makes me an expert of the subject.
Anyways what I’m focusing on is not the concept of award shows itself, I want to focus on something else:
- I am offended by people who think a certain song is better than others, despite being from different genres, aimed at different demographics. Sure there are songs that suck but, no Sharon, Taylor Swifts’ Look what you made me do is not better than Imagine Dragon’s Thunder just cause they both say the same thing over and over again.
Anyways this is IARO, signing off.
