After the Retake of Trost Rico had taken up the task of cleaning out Ian and Mitabi’s former offices to help cope with their deaths. She had started with Ian’s, she had a crate that she was going to put all of his old belongings in. But she had found a small box labeled with her name in Ian's handwriting. Without a second thought, she opened it to find many folded pieces of paper. As she read them she felt tears fill her eyes. They were love letters to her from Ian. She realizes that she had loved him but it was too late.

This is definitely one of those rarest pairing out there in the fandom, and I don’t know anyone in tumblr who ships it (I only know a few who does in Twitter). I don’t know how this cuties would be in an unrequited love affair; because they are one of a kind...maybe either one just isn’t ready? Also, I do miss Rico and the rest of the Garrisons (like Anka and Gustav...what happened to them, man?)...like the MP, they are always overlooked. I hope they get more appearances in future chapters.
