Um I made this for my best friend's daughter. She's 22, tattooed from head to foot, pierced extensively, vegan, into gothic things and works as a piercer in a tattoo shop. I bought her a few bits and pieces but I wanted to make something too as it is personal and also I'm pretty skint at the moment! So I crocheted this voodoo girly doll (it's acrylic wool FYI), still got to add pins to her but... ...do you think she'll like her? Or is it stupid?

Loved every minute of #pageantweek at #missearthusa Ladies, if you ever....ever....thought about pageantry, then this is the system to do! Miss Earth USA is about the environment of course, but they are also about encouraging, empowering and uplifting women to the hundredth degree! I have never met such wonderful women, from all over the nation, gathered in one place, ever, until I got here! It was such an experience that you have to have at least one time in your life 💖 And for those ladies who have DM'd me b/c you're trying to get up the nerve to do it, my advice is to close your eyes and jump in the pool. And when you do, remember sometimes that good ol' fashion trick of 'keeping your head up and smiling', comes in very handy when your in #pageant mode. It’s not extravagant that I am not curious to know my result because it’s almost sixth time in a row now. I think it takes a lots of courage to give your exams for so many times. But you never think about attempts when you don't have any great choices left in your life. Thou people always have choices but I think nobody wants to try so am I. Success means different for different people but the amount of pain is quite similar in all the cases. I don't know what will be my result but somehow it will change my life. Sometimes the things we can’t change end up changing us. It will happen soon and surely it will be big enough to change my everything. Hope for the best :)
