I wanna say “ask me things, I’m bored” but I also know that I won’t actually get any asks and then I’ll look even more pathetic.
Peak Monica
Me reading about housing segregation while sipping tea and listening to Pointer Sisters while wearing a United Pixelworkers shirt under a hoodie for a co-op.

I will never have kids. never ever. i will never allow myself to raise a child unless i am 1000% ready and aware of what i'm doing- so the odds are, i will never choose to raise a child.
i cannot be responsible for other lives with developing minds. i do not have the patience to explain to a crying and screaming child for the 7th time that i need to get the chewing gum someone allowed her to have out of her hair. (true story from today)
if you ever see me gleefully sharing news of my pregnancy or welcoming a new addition to my family that i intend to raise myself, please stop and talk to me about it for a good minute, becuz either i matured about 27 years overnight and that's fucking incredible so you might want to learn from it, or i've been brainwashed into doing something i have absolutely no emotional, psychological, or financial resources for.
An apt description.
Imagine, if you will, a clip from an unknown Buster Keaton film. There is no context given, and no hint of a narrative. There is only Mr. Keaton--that late, great silent film physical comedy savant--in a blindfold. He is in what appears to be a warehouse for discarded banana peels and fine china. As he attempts to navigate his way through this strange location, the gaunt, rictus-grin face of Willem Defoe begins to superimpose itself on the scene. Soon, the piece is equal parts lovable farce and terrible, all-pervading smile. This is, in essence and metaphor, how I think it goes when I flirt with women.
I just realised
I post a lot of random shit. From Barbara Palvin to Atmosphere to Stu Pickles. Damn.
