#i'm!!!!!!!!!

me listening to lying awake for the 1000th time:

so she drove 2 hours here to see me which was def not worth it sjdfkjsdfg and AS i am WALKING OUT THE DOOR to go get us a table at a diner, my dad calls me and says my car’s tire is flat. 

So this proves I’m officially cursed cuz this is the 7th date ive gone on now where SOMETHING bad happened/went wrong to me or the other person. Without fail, happens every time I have a date. 

Once, the other person got into a fender bender, once I took a wrong turn and got lost and ended up being late to our movie, once we were sitting next to an obnoxious person at a movie who ruined it for us, once some random guy started talking to us about his lifelong cancer while we were getting ice cream, once a very annoying very insane otaku girl saw our little anime keychains and talked at us for 30 minutes about all her batshit anime/games/things she liked and we couldnt get away from her, once the other person’s taxi got a flat and she missed her plane home and had to stay an extra day and miss work and stuff...

So yes, it wouldn’t have been a Date With Hana unless SOMETHING had gone wrong today, and I got to deal with a flat tire 10 minutes before i had to go meet her hagshjhksjlfkSAjK

BUT!! i MADE IT!! and she was wonderful and sweet and kind and pretty and djhf ksjdflzfx honestly?? holy shit. I probably babbled too much and was super awkward.... We talked an had our breakfasts and then i drove her around 4 or 5 hours and we just played pokemon together, chatted, told stories, listened to music, got some legendaries and 3 full-odds lucky trades in a row!!! like damn!!!

in the end she said it was worth the collective 4-hour drive - even if she was just being nice akjSHDKJLSDF - but i??? had a wonderful time?? getting to hear her voice and meet her for the first time, and we have the same passion for pokemon and other interests, and similar tastes in music. She’s so fun and has a really hearty laugh!!! I love it!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

like tbh? I felt like i’ve known her all my life?? i was so comfortable and didnt feel nauseously-nervous like I did on all my other first dates with people. I just felt like i’d been doing this with her for years and it was really nice, even if we didn’t do a whole lot (cuz there’s nothing to do around here akjsdf) but what we did do, we had fun with!!

Next time tho im gonna research a spot in between us that we can go to for a movie or mall date or somethinggggg

but like.... all my other first dates i’d been on i’d felt so anxious or nervous or guilty?? like maybe the other person was secretly sick of me already?? but i didnt feel any of that this time, just the little usual jitters! it was just...nice... aahhhhhh

and.... before she left... she mayormaynothavekissedmycheek?????
