I am playing DAO, in which the writing is so immersive, the characters feel real inside an unfamiliar world... how the hell am I supposed to enjoy Absolution?! I've seen one and a half episodes and I couldn't roll with it. Everything feels like an 'aha' moment. Everyone has to be a broody badass that smirks on camera with either their mouth or eyes. Miriam feels like a watered down, knock-off Fenris :V The designs are ass (I only like Lacklon, maybe Roland) (In all fairness I am allergic to this animation style and animey approach. Imagine shorts in more experimental styles. DA is a portal of creative potential and Absolution is the safest choice they rolled with...)

I get why people really prefer DAO over the other games now. My favourite was always DA2 but lately everyone wants to be loud and take over the stage, that I'm tired of this approach.
