He's had time, to check his phone and make sure the delivery was successful. He's had time to anticipate, deliberate and carve through his response, her response and the responses of others. So much happens over a course of a few days that he's late in responding but with the lives they live it's nothing short of the usual. In fact it doesn't feel odd when he starts typing against the keyboard, the cool breeze of the break finally settling in.
( sms ) if I immortalized being your minion do you promise to treat me with a little more love as a loyal servant deserves? I feel like a mixture of a court jester and foot rest? I'm not wearing the uniform though. ( sms ) I don't know if it's the air in Japan, or the freedom we have. Maybe the adrenaline from the concert and the vibes from the fans but I'm feeling all types of sap I suppose I should give as much before it fades. 😪 Don't spend it all in one place.
It's a mixture of both really. He's breathing for one. He's smiling that's another. Things are, brightening even when he's not sure if he's looking up. In spite of it all he clings to it in hopes of transferring it to his friend.Â

Subtlety is usually his strong suit and though Hyuna is sharp as a knife she's slippery as an otter. He's anticipated the dash before he sends his message and even while he waits. He's not asking, he's not even telling. The conversation remains with regular banter and regular plans. Irregularities move about in their lives but he's managed to keep one thing consistent and that's that he won't push. She doesn't and he won't.
One might push and one might pull so hard they yank the rope and the ties with them.

Hyuna is the friend Hyorin would definitely call in an emergency (read: my heart is about to burst, there’s so many cute little ones at the shelter, would you like to drop by and see?) unless they’re the ones who caused the emergency, one way or another. Being a huge animal lover, Hyorin generally seeks that very same quality in those she befriends as it’s a clear indicator of what type they are so to discover Hyuna is as big on them as she is, is a pretty big deal. Naturally, her first thought is that Hyuna is incredibly warm hearted with the sort of natural cuteness Hyorin would never posses; it’s the sort of cuteness that isn’t overwhelming or done just to do it so it grows on her. It comes as part of the Hyuna package and she gladly accepts it. Their sense of humour seems to be similar and there’s always something the two can talk about, both making the most banal of conversations become some of the most interesting one and Hyorin appreciates it particularly as she isn’t too good in the small talk department. They’ve been around each other for quite some time on the professional side of things too; from collaborations to variety shows, should SISTAR’s comeback and Hyuna’s comeback coincide, Hyorin would be backstage cheering for her in a very Hyorin fashion.

( `as if it didn’t happen, she straightens right back up again and speaks clearly. ) There will be the tears of STAR1s we’re definitely expecting to see. We have a bet going amongst ourselves, you see. I was outnumber given I originally thought none would be given but the girls thought otherwise. Blood... Screams... Ah—! But Miss Kim, if I tell you such things, where will the surprise go? Down the drain, I tell you! Everyone would know what to expect. My personal feelings, however... Excitement but alas, that is always overpowered by my inner evil urge to conquer. The girls even said I’m the type to get things done my way and gosh, do I love it when it happens! ( `she focuses suddenly, smile faltering just a little. ) What I can definitely guarantee... Is that we’re coming to break hearts.Â
