You're not nuts if you think it hurts more during and after injection. You're not imagining it if you think it causes weird sinus pain and pressure, even to the point of dizziness and motion sickness-like nausea. And if you've had a headache that sits riiiiiiight there on the bubble between "this is unpleasant" and "this is about to be a migraine" since you started taking it, you're not alone.
