Well Crushers, I learned a valuable lesson about my carb intake needs today. Apparently I need a lot more than I think I do. Could not finish my booty workout because after 2 exercises I couldn't stop shaking and could barely hold the paper I had written the workout on. My thoughts slowed and I felt stupid (and not that great post-workout stupor either). Hopefully once I get back to normal I can finish the workout at home or something (after a carb heavy snack that is).

I'm so happy. I'm almost done with my paper on concussion treatment. All I have to do now is finish the treatment plan and it'll be done. But first I'm gonna take a break and eat so I don't pass out.
