Fresh #hypertrophic #scarremoval on @commanding_cisco that I performed at @calmbodymodification yesterday. Good seeing you again, buddy! ❤️☀️This was not a #keloid, but simply a #hypertrophicscar from a botched piercing. This type of scar come from various reasons but mostly from piercings angled wrong and not allowed “to be left to heal”, so the body is trying to keep the jewelry from moving thus creating #scartissue forcing the piece of #foreignbody to sit still. Happy healing! ❤️☀️This was caused due to a botched #industrialpiercing (Not performed by CALM). Bad angles and poor quality jewelry. The barbell created pressure on the wound and scar tissue was created. When she felt that something was off she went back to her piercer who told her that "everything would be fine". When you want something you seldom want to give up but after a while she did. She went back to her piercer who said that "it would go away by itself". THEY WON'T!
