neighborhood layout and plans !
while i promised this would be posted on monday, i got a bit sidetracked with a day trip to see my sister hehe
Here is the current layout !!! The Insurance Girls live to the north of town, the Saverem twins in the east, and the Orphans (lol) in the south ! I enjoy putting my sims in Newcrest bc i like the abundance of empty plots for planning
speaking of the abundance of emptiness, i want to put in some fun stuff !
most of it is just general ideas, so its subject to change (specifically that one plot that i just don't know what to do with T-T). I'd love for the residential area to the east to be full of the Plants (and Rem!), which is why its reserved for homes. up north with the girls is going to be pretty basic, so i liked the idea of a gym and a pool next to one another. Down south is where all the big plots are, so they lend themselves to cool stuff like a club and cafe and A PARK I LOVE PARKS I CAN'T WAIT TO PUT A PARK IN AND PUT IN FUN STUFF
anyway ! here's the general idea for Newcrest. Other areas like Willow Creek and Oasis Springs (and the Sulani beach....) are also subject to change ! if you have recommendations or requests for places you'd like them to visit, please ! i'm always happy to hear them.
