The management decided that from now our company is going to be "data driven". How? By measuring almost everything. And by everything I don't mean our products key performance indicators. I mean things like: number of questions and comments to created issues, amount of notes brought to meetings and maybe even the time spent in toilet. Now we have almost 100 of such metrics proposed. Nobody asked why. I still don't know who will be responsible for collecting them. I'm afraid that everyone.
