Tartaglia is a Five Star Hydro Bow character who has a S rating on Game8. It is recommended to use him as either a Main DPS or a Sub_DPS.

Hydro Main DPS

For this build you will need a Polar Star though a Thundering Pulse or a Skyward Harp would also work. When it comes to artifacts you will need at least four Heart of Depth which can be found at the Peak of Vindagnyr domain. As always make sure your skills are brought to an eight with priority on Foul Legacy: Raging Tide.

Burst Sub DPS

For this one you will need a The Stringless though a Polar Star or a Skyward Harp would also work. With artifacts you will need at least two Noblesse Oblige and two Heart of Depth which can be found at the Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern and the Peak of Vindagnyr domains respectfully. Don't your skills should at least be brought up to eight with a priority on Havoc: Obliteration.
