there's a few things I'm nervous about... they want me to take a drug test but I've smoked recently, I'm worried they'll take back the offer if I fail it

I also have a surgery coming up in a month, and I was planning it based on my current insurance. I might need to reschedule the surgery, but I'm not sure. need to talk to my surgery contact
