I'm mixed on the Andrew Hussie thing. On one hand, I do think even big name creators should be allowed to join in and have fun, and I don't think people should be going to Andrew Hussie's profile and commenting complaints. Someone drawing a single piece of art for a big creator isn't going to take much away from a smaller artist receiving an attack from the same person if said same person was already planning on drawing for said smaller artist
On the other hand, I totally get it and think it's valid for some people to be frustrated that this person gets hundreds to over a thousand defenses in less than a week for simply doing nothing. Especially when this person has already been getting free art for the better half of two decades. I also don't like that they haven't thanked anyone for the art they've recieved on art fight. I think thanking over 1,000 people is absolutely overwhelming and time consuming/maybe not do-able, but the fact that there wasn't even an attempt/a thank you on the first few pieces of art just feels sad
It also rubs me the wrong way that a big creator can't just join quietly/in secret instead of having it be obvious who they are. While I don't think it necessarily takes away from a smaller artist getting attacked by someone who drew one piece for Andrew, I do think a big artist being out in the open on the site does give the TEAM a massive advantage. I know there's another big name creator on the site this year, on the same team as Andrew, that's also received over 1,000 attacks, but I don't know who it is
