Coloring sketches. Been a while since I tried. The trick is not to color the first draft. But not to go too overboard into lineart country with the cleanup drafts. It has to still be a sketch, and it’s gotta have that really breezy sketch-level shading I’ve been doing for the past several months.  It’s technically super slapdash shading, but always feels really nice and telling. So with a little augmentation to make it color compatible, it has some damn good results.

I’m gonna destroy dinner later 🫡 but il definitely capitalise on this chaos i got in my gut, he really hates being empty 🥲

first post of many i imagine 😭 been a lurker for ages but thought screw it, my stomachs pretty loud when it’s empty, might as well post it 😵‍💫

been a bit quiet on here, apologies, work has been manic, but been working on some new flash pieces! (exciting) although unfortunately for my tummy, long hours designing combines with hyperfocus on sick ideas and concepts = not a lot of time for snacks. Don’t worry, he gets his way when i get home, but he likes to grumble about it 🙄
