There are a little too many characters so I took those who don't get much love. Also, I accidentally made them into humans so there's that one also.
Wreck-Gar is in good shape, he has to be because of his hiking hobby and occasional jobs where strength is usually needed. You just kinda stare and blush but he doesn't even realize the intimacy of the situation.
"Oh, does the friend need Wreck-Gar's help?" He smiles as he wraps a towel over his shoulders, just as the towel around his hips starts to drop and you run off, your face burning in embarrassment.
Jettwins have scars more than one would expect the two young men to have. They aren't buff but there is hidden strength there. The scars are old, but they aren't ashamed of them.
"Do you like what you see?" The moment they notice you standing there, they are all smiles as they proceed to make a huge show of flexing their stick arms. "Because there is more from where these came from!"
It takes more time for Mixmaster and Scrapper to notice you but when they do they turn bold and flirty. Scrapper is the leaner one of them since Mixmaster clearly has a light beer belly, but the two of them are jacked thanks to all the work they do on construction sides.
"Hey, baby! Wanna see these in action?" They ask as they flex and as you run off, they catcall after you. Next time you see them they ask you out for drinks.

For my humanformer Sentinel (in fact lemme pull him up rn)
(There he is, my boi!) So when he was born he did have a normal size chin. BUT it began to grow A LOT during good ol' ✨puberty✨. By the time he was 13 years old, Sentinel had a noticeably large chin. So while it wouldn't have been noticeable, Senti at 11 would have had a slightly larger than normal chin. But the most growth would be seen in his adolescence, reaching young adulthood.

and that was more of an Orion Pax sort of thing but, like you said, if you aged up Bodhi Rook and if he grew into his confidence with support from others he’d be a really good Optimus as well
(the ponytail, though, that stays. long dark hair with silver streaks has always been my idea of the Official Optimus Look)
