The video shows how water-clogging in #ShimlaCity leads to dust pollution. Majority of drainage in the town is either already blocked or damaged. Rain causes accumulation of water that floods the road. With this flooded water comes a lot of soil that makes the roads muddy. When the sun shines, this mud turns into clouds of dust. Though the people aren't aware, other than being a nuisance, this dust poses threat to their health and the environment.
