With Stoli's surgery and our roof damage, I didn't get to start a garden like I had hoped this year. I did have 1 volunteer tomato plant and I got some onions planted.
There's some seeds in the jugs too that I have no idea if they'll ever actually sprout. I need compost for the wooden bed to the left in the photo.

In Memory of David Lama!!
David Lama was killed in an avalanche, alongside Jess Roskelley and Hansjorg Auer. They were climbing the M-16 route on Howse Peak. We must not remember David as a man who died in an avalanche... but instead remember him as the thoughtful, energetic and motivated person he was. Rest in peace David!! May your legacy live on.

I think we've finally put the finishing touches in the new piping. I was able to move my west side water hose spigot to a different location that would keep it off the back patio, and then I added a whole new spigot on the south side of the house!!! Yay!! That's gonna make life so much easier since we usually park our cars on the south side street. I can wash cars without having to pull them into the fenced back yard. Yippee. And pressure wash the drainage canal along our curb yippee. And have a garden on the south side where we get the best sun. Yippee again! DIY really lets you customize what you want and what you can! Except for drains I refuse to touch those lol.
