Untamed Wolf
As the next few days passed the more antsy Salem became. He used Derek's technique to calm himself down if he felt the wolf inside him threatening to appear. His anchor was his brother, the one person he could count on for everything, he loved Thomas.Â
Somehow it wasn't working as quickly as before so after school today he'd go find Derek and see what was up. Just as the final bell rang he was just about to close his planner when his green eyes landed on the date. "Today's the 8th, right?" he asked one of his friends and they confirmed he was correct.
"Shit." Salem grabbed his stuff with haste and ran out of the room. He had to go to Derek, NOW. He didn't even bother with the seat belt as he sped down the road to the forest where Derek lived. The hike there would take no time since the moment he got out of his car and wolfed out, claws sprouting and fangs elongating.Â
The young wolf came to a skidding halt. "Derek!" he yelled, followed by a desperate howl. "Why didn't you tell me about the full moon!?"
