Luz – Character Introduction

This is my OC, Luz.

Well… she doesn't actually have an official name yet 😅 but for now I'm calling her Luz.

She's the newest addition to the House of Sune Multiverse, and honestly, I'm really happy with how she turned out. She's a katana user, like Alpha from Punishing Gray Raven and Miyabi from Zenless Zone Zero.

This was a really fun piece to work on, and I spent a lot of time trying to get her design to feel right. There are still things I'm figuring out about her character and story, but I already know she's going to be fun to write and draw.

Meet Fable one of the main characters in the House of Sune Multiverse.

This little art piece shows her lost in a horror-filled, ghostly realm... staring directly at a massive, reverse waterfall of souls.

Yeah... creepy, right?

She's part of one of my darker storylines I'm currently calling Project Dark. I won't say too much about it yet because there are multiple stories to come before this one, but hey you get to see cool art, so...👀

I've been working on this piece on and off all year, but life kept getting in the way and slowing me down. Now I'm finally rushing to complete all my remaining artworks before the end of the year and this is one of the first pieces I've pushed across the finish line.

This is Gunnhild Phoenix. Another one of my OCs.

I think it's best to just drop it here that I have about 6 different stories in the works, ALL IN THE SAME MULTIVERSE. I've been working on some of these stories as far back as 2013, so that's where all my OCs come from🤗🙏🏾

This is the first time I'm drawing Gunnhild digitally. Was a bit unsure of it, because I had to change and change certain things to make the piece cohesive but I'm happy with the overall results🤗 (AFTER sleeping and waking up to notice that 'Oh wow, this isn't actually crap' 👀😅)

I am also BEYOND 🥵 HAPPY that I finally nailed lighting and shading. Arigatou Naoki Saito-sensei😭😭😭😭😭. I didn't understand NOTHING from the sphere (the western way of learning shadow and light). If not for the Ichi-kage, Ni-kage, San-kage style (1st, 2nd and 3rd shadows style) (the Japanese way of learning shadow and light), I wouldn't get NOTHING and I'd still be pick individual shading and lighting colors for EVERY COLOR ON THE PIECE 😭😭😭. Here I only used 3 layers (one for each shadow) to shade and 2 layers for light, minus the lightning. USUALLY I COULD USE 5 TO 6 TO 7 OR MORE FOR BOTH SHADING AND LIGHTING.

This piece took so long🤦🏾‍♀️ Not because of difficulty, but because of interruptions. The entire time I spent on this combined might not even be up to 24 hours. But I am so happy it turned out like this🤗.

The snow was an accident honestly 😅👀. Was trying out a new brush and was like 'whoaaaaaa, let's do that'😁.
