The name stands for Hour of the Time, Majesty Twelve. They apparently drove all the way to Wayne Coyne’s house to get his attention and drop off their music. He decided they weren’t going to kill him so he invited them in to record. It’s dreamy, untethered psychedelic semi-eerie pop. “Starheart” is the latest single from the forthcoming HOTT MT but I like this one, “Glass Sun.”

I will actually let the music do the talking for once... But I will say this, I asked him (Tigerbitch) to tell me something that would help me not get so turned on by his music and female like a typical female.. He said he killed an Iguana once. SXSW surprised me by being my favorite music festival I have ever been to, and I've been to just about all of um... because every random door I entered had some musicians pouring their true musical guts out... fakes and woosies didn't sand a chance there. But as soon as I opened the door to this magical little house, I entered a full hour of non-stop bliss. HOTTMT has always offered that in all their performances, but as if they weren't enough, the live lighting, surprise appearances by an over-sized surreal fish and Dalmatian, a splendid mix of new dedicated fans from throughout the country and key LA characters including Habits & Tookie Binky passing around giant wine bottles and some kind of psychedelic glasses, and Ashleigh mounting on Andrew Manley's tall shoulders to sing one of my favorite of their songs, made this an experience I'll recount for the rest of my life. I glitched it out with extra love in honor of all the inspiration and encouragement they've give me.
