So Brennan and Jacob have successfully created horrifying baby monsters with Archimedes and Ollie. Stupendously unpleasant. I very much enjoy their whole dynamic. They're both such quintessential characters for the actors except they're awful to look at. They play off each other so well, which is no surprise. All the Dropout regulars do. Of course Brennan gets to have a monologue set to emotional music.
I love how Vic has developed The Host as a character. They've made such a compelling weirdo. Going the whole episode telling the babies not to smoke then ending it smoking is a hilarious move. And "YOU GOT CHOMP'D!" made me cackle. Also Vic's hair is looking especially auburn this season and it's so gorgeously shiny. Truly they're the most attractive human being alive. I've done a survey of everyone on the planet and that's just true. To put it plainly, they are more attractive than Archimedes is horrific.
Candice is great. She’s punk. She’s in a problematic relationship with an older man. She’s fighting with her mom and used to be the top of the cheerleader pyramid. She’s Fig Faeth. She’s also pro-union and she has manners. Also they gave her a great guitar to play, an Ibanez Jem Steve Vai signature model.

Why is Jeremy Culhane so goddamn charismatic!? He's a strange lil man but with such unbelievable charm. I think he made Vic break more than anyone else. Also, did Host!Vic say they wanted to kiss and program with Bianca? Was Vic talking to her when they said that? And Host!Vic really doesn't know music. That was such a funny bit and I'm not sure if that was Host!Vic or Vic. Needless to say we're two episodes into this new season and I'm already unwell about this whole thing.
Katya’s episode of VIP is fantastic. “Huge, heavy Italian naturals” took me out. Also Vic asking, “Ass or titties?” was surprising. And the ending was so good. So hectic. I wish it were longer.
The amount of comedy Vic Michaelis does in heels is a miraculous feat*.
They wear them throughout Very Important People, which consists of way more running around on carpet than you’d expect from a sit down interview show and also in the hectic “One Year Later” episode of Game Changer. They manage well in heels but being an improv comedian and choosing to wear heels is wild. Host!Vic could have just as easily worn loafers or dress shoes but no. Not Vic. Monarch of bits, sovereign of unhinged character choices. Just another reason they’re a shoo-in* for my favourite comedian.
