"If the twin sister has been dead since she was ten, how does she learn words like "karmic justice"?" 

"How does the alive sister recognize the twin sister in the mirror if this is the first time they've seen each other for ten years? Is it realistic for a dead person to age visibly?"

"I'm confused about the part where the mother drowns one of the twin sisters. Wouldn't that be sort of traumatic to the remaining sister? Why don't you make the whole story about that?"

"I think you imply that the aunt's body was turned into gravy and served at her funeral? Like, why don't we get to hear more about that? How did Anna murder her aunt? How did she grind her body up into sauce and serve it without anyone noticing?"

And my favorite:

"Thirty five funerals is a lot of funerals. I don't even think I have thirty five people in my family. Are you sure that's a realistic number of murders for your main character to have committed?"
