‘I didn’t realise I was looking for a new hobby... more that the hoop found me and I’ve not been able to say no! The ladies at Garden of Yoga classes are so welcoming and inclusive. They don’t care if you’ve never picked up a hoop before, yet are able to adjust things to the most advanced hoopers too Having participated since it began earlier this year I can say I definitely missed it when they took a break, and now find myself day dreaming of working with the hoop... and I can absolutely say that’s due to the encouragement and support from both @donnasparx and Jo!
