Hoop Trick: “Wedgie Flip to Scorpion Combo” Advanced hoop trick alert! This trick, taught by Carla Snow, is actually a combination of two modified moves: the wedgie and the scorpion.

I have been focusing a lot on manipulating the hoop and it planes while weaving/jumping in and out of it. I believe in my theory that every sounds and vibration has its own movement, within my flow I apply those movements to make it as if my hoop where dancing with me. My hoop truly is my greatest dance partner. Love and light to you all.
