I always knew Sabs and I would be close as soon as she started using Blackbeard as her spirit animal in her text posts. I am super lucky to have gotten to know her really well over the course of the E! poll. She’s super hilarious, witty, smart and kind. Love this girl! <3

Another amazing person I got lucky enough to meet over the duration of the poll. And! A Once Fandom Unicorn! It’s not often you find a guy in this fandom and not only that but also one as awesome as Anthony! He’s been really helpful, thoughtful, and a truly great friend I feel lucky to have now!

Maggie is super great and knows how to get right to the point with so many issues that arise in the fandom. She tells you what you NEED to hear, which isn’t always what you WANT to hear and that’s what makes her something this fandom SERIOUSLY needs more of. She’s a talented fic writer, she’s well informed and I always feel I can relate to her. :)

I often find my self yelling at Ann through my tags for all her amazing manips and metas. She seriously is super talented with her manips, like I have no idea. She writes the BEST metas that always put me into a ball on the floor screaming. Natasha, aka Black Widow, turned her head back to stare at the couple behind her. They didn’t know she was there, listening to every word they were saying, sitting in the front compartment of the newly repaired jet she had been doing safety checks on. Unconsciously her hands tightened on the armrests of the seat she occupied, leather creaking under her fingertips as Tony’s barking laughter filled the suddenly too-small space. On the outside she was calm, but on the inside she felt a flicker of jealousy and anger. Anger over being sterile thanks to those that made her who she was and jealous that a man who almost destroyed them all could have a chance to create the most beautiful thing in the world. A baby, a new life… Something she would never have. 

She turned away as the couple’s lips met, a hand quickly swiping at her eye as she struggled to swallow down the bitterness. She jumped, that hand almost going for her weapon as a different, larger hand covered the other still gripping the armrest tightly. Her head twisted sharply to the side, red hair falling over a part of her face, to see the man that had been almost glued to her side since the day Steve brought him in. Of them all SHE had been the one to stand up for him because SHE knew what it was like. What it was like to have your mind played with and molded into the perfect soldier. Since that first night, he’d shadowed her and she’d allowed it. Now, his eyes burned with some sort of understanding and his fingers curled into hers. She had a thought of it being strange that the man that had tried killing her long ago, was the same one that was comforting her now.
